School Meals are provided by All Season Foods. All Season Foods is an established catering company with catering facilities and premises based in East London, including sites in Whitechapel, Stepney, and Leyton. They have been providing healthy meals to schools and other organizations such as the NHS for over 10 years. They also provide catering for weddings, corporate events and organisations nationwide. Pricing and Payments
All Season Foods staff will collect money (cash only) 1 week in advance, Monday to Thursday (no payments will be collected on Fridays due to Jummah Prayer). If anyone would like to pay via Bank Transfer, please note there will be an additional 20% VAT fee added to the total bill (please visit their website for bank details).
Meals currently cost £3.50 per meal, £17.50 in total for the week if ordering for all 5 weekdays.
Procedure for Placing Orders
1. Orders must be placed a week in advance. Order forms will be available from the canteen.
2. Order forms along with the payment must be submitted to All Season Foods staff.
3. Any allergen advice must be stated on the order form.
4. Pupils cannot order meals on the day or for the current week. Pupils will need to be provided with a packed lunch if no orders have been placed a week in advance.
How to Cancel Meals
If a child is absent, parents must inform All Season Foods before 9:30am on the day of absence. Meals cannot be cancelled if parents do not inform All Season Foods before 9:30am, and therefore no refunds will be provided.
